Moehler, Robert Norbert
Robert “Bob” Moehler passed away in the early morning of April 23, 2009 in Plano, Texas from complications of Congestive Heart Failure.
Bob was born on June 29, 1932 to Robert and Florence Kleinmeyer Moehler, in Johnstown, Pennsylvania. He is survived by his loving wife, Nancy B. Moehler, sister Ardith Trent, son Robert W. Moehler and wife, Marlene, stepdaughter Lani C. Burgar and husband Rick, stepson Michael W. Callaway and wife Suzanne, his grandchildren, Michael, Marcus, Robby and Amy, brother-in-law, Henry Hazelton as well as nieces and cousins. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his first wife, Eloise Hazelton Moehler.
Bob retired from MB Valuation in 2003, and spent his career in the financial management field. Bob was an active member of the US Tennis Association, Texas and severed as the President and on the Executive and Management Committee receiving many honors during his 28 years of service. A New World Council, No 9903 Knights of Columbus member, Bob held the position of Financial Secretary and Trustee. An active member of his church, Bob served as a Eucharistic Minister and was on several St. Michael’s financial committees.
Services will be held on Monday, May 4th at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 652 Redbud Boulevard, McKinney, Texas, Rosary at 10 am, Eucharistic Mass at 10:30 am and Inurnment, Restland Cemetery at 12:30 pm.
